Tips & Treats:

Although every effort is made to keep to the store hours, on rare occasions you could find the store shut when you get here. So it is a good idea to call the store before you set out, especially if you are coming from the far end of Kuwait.

The nearest coffee shop is Caribou located at the Salhiya car park (adjacent building). If you prefer Starbucks, there is one at the Salhiya Complex. This information can come handy if you arrive at the store and find us closed. In this case you may redeem your coffee bill against books purchased from us. More on the redemption policy.

Kuwait City and the approaches to Q8books can get rather crowded on Friday evenings. If you do not feel comfortable walking through large groups of people to reach here, it is best to avoid coming here on Friday evenings.

Although the location map is detailed, it is not unusual for people to get lost. Q8books is located within about 200 meters of Sheraton Hotel. It is in the same building (Al Salam Tower) where Giordano and RCBC (Money Exchange) is located.
